Shipping costs vary depending on weight of items and destination. For rough guides please see the specific product page.

Delivery times

We will despatch your items within 1 working day of order placement depending on stock levels.

Transit times

All times are guides and not guarantees and days are measured as working days. Priority shipping should be received next working day dependent on third party courier company

Returns

Cooling Off Period

We will accept a returned item if it is sent back unused within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer is entitled to a full refund for the value of the goods but not the original shipping and the customer must pay for the return shipping to us. We will exchange items for another product but the customer will pay for the return shipping to us and the subsequent reshipping of the replacement item. Before sending the product back to us please contact Pushback for an RMA number.

Faulty Items

If goods are returned within one month of receiving them, because they are faulty, customers will be given a full refund including shipping or we will replace the item at no extra charge. Before sending the product back please contact Pushback for an RMA number.
